In delivering Affordable Housing we act as an interface between the Registered Social Landlord and the Developer, adopting a partnering approach to our role as Client's Representitive delivering new build Affordable Housing for our RSL clients.
We have also gained an excellent reputation for assisting Developers in identifying the appropriate RSL to partner with on their developments with a Section 106 affordable housing requirement.
