Overview
In delivering Affordable Housing we act as an interface between the Housing Association and the Developer, adopting a partnering approach to our role as Employers Agent delivering new build Affordable Housing for our Housing Association clients.
We have also gained an excellent reputation for assisting Developers in identifying the appropriate Housing Association to partner with on their developments with a Section 106 affordable housing requirement.
