Chairman

Roger Carey has over 40 years of experience in the property sector. A chartered surveyor, he spent 14 years at MEPC before joining Slough Estates Plc as a Director from 1983 to 1996. In 1997, he became Chief Executive of Saville Cordon Estates Plc, leading a management buy-out in 2002. The company, renamed Industrious, was subsequently sold to Brixton plc in 2005. He is a past President of the British Property Federation.

CEO

Aidan Mills-Thomas is a solicitor with 30 years of experience in the property market. From 1976 to 1998 he founded and ran his own solicitors practice specialising in property law and for the past eight years he has acted as a director and board advisor to a number of private and public companies - specifically in the property services sector. As well as having overall responsibility for the company he has a specific role in the development of new business and relationships with developers and housing associations.

Operations Director

Richard Stanway-Williams is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years of experience in the construction industy. He manages the team of project managers responsible for the delivery of all professional services provided by Ibis. The team includes Chartered Building and Quantity Surveyors all of whom have extensive experience in the affordable housing sector.

Non-Executive

Bruce Macfarlane is Chief Executive of MMC Ventures Limited and a Chartered Director. He practiced corporate and securities law in New York for several years before pursuing a career in corporate finance, first at Merrill Lynch, where he was managing director and UK investment banking head, and then as partner and senior managing director responsible for UK client organisation at Bankers Trust. In 2000 he co-founded MMC to invest in UK growth companies.
