Overview
The services we provide are tailored to those required by Registered Social Landlords and Developers to deliver the Government's affordable housing aspirations. We are involved from the earliest planning appraisal of potential development sites and offer a valuable service to developers and RSLs during the planning and design processes.
Ibis can advise on optimal mix, type and tenure split for new developments, and all aspects of planning and funding negotiations in relation to affordable housing. Thereafter Ibis provides excellent project management services, including that of Client's Representitive through the procurement and delivery phases of projects.
The affordable housing sector is constantly changing and adapting to meet new benchmarks and standards driven by the Homes and Communities Agency's agenda for change. We continually review the services we provide and how we provide them, to ensure we meet our Clients' requirements.
