Overview
The services we provide are tailored to those required by Housing Associations (Registered Social Landlords) and Developers to deliver affordable housing. We are usually involved from the earliest planning appraisal of a potential development site through to final completion of the scheme. We also have a role to play beyond handover when we provide retrospective project auditing to verify Housing Corporation compliance.
The affordable housing sector is constantly changing and adapting to meet new benchmarks and standards driven by the Housing Corporation’s agenda for change. We continually review the services we provide and how we provide them, to ensure we meet our Clients' requirements.
