Ibis is experienced in all aspects of planning policy and guidance and is able to provide expert advice to landowners, developers and RSL's in their negotiations with local authorities.
S106 advice:
- reporting on relevant Planning Policy Guidance
- recommending appropriate mix, sizes, layout and tenure for affordable housing
- reporting on local authority specific Supplementary Planning Guidance and Planning Policy Statements
- advise on maximising the likelihood of obtaining social housing grant funding, including advice on the latest Homes and Communities Agency and GLA requirements and standards
